Conveniently located near a subway station. the room is well-equipped, spacious, and even has a jacuzzi to relax in after a long day 🛁.

Well, it was a NICE stay for 4 nights. The location was marvellous and lovely in a beautiful area, just next door to bars and restaurants as well as the parks and the seawalk. Visited Kadikoy Istanbul Boga...  

The rooms here are nicely furnished and come with access to a premium lounge, plus the restaurant in the lobby is pleasant.

Staff work like robots , they are not friendly, some at the reception are not professional, others lack experience, very poor communication , very bad english , can't cope with problems calmly. I myself had a problem while checking out and one of the staff was raising her voice and getting upset at me in front of other guests. Still couldnt find any one to complain to. The hotel doesn't have a direct e-mail or adminstration whom can receive complaints. I stayed in swiss hotel before Hilton. Things were different and staff were at high standard. Finally there is no concierge which makes things not very convenient as tourists seeking informatios and other services. Restaurant at the roof is more private, staff very snob and not friendly, we werent welcomed nicely as we had children with us.

I really like the location. It is 2 min far from the boats station. It is better than europian side. There is a lot of traffic there. So my location was the best, because I take boat to the europian side without facing the traffic on bridge. The boat...  

Parking is not free of charge

We had a wonderful stay at Doubletree By Hilton. The welcome drinks, chocolate chip cookies, and fruit plate were a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed a pleasant view of the sea from our 6th floor room....  

The rest of the staff was very helpful and courteous! A special thanks to the Valet boys! Outlook! Hotel room!

Houskeeping! A joke for Hilton! Had to call every other day because there were no refills. Sometimes we even had to call for towels and tuvels.

Cozy and modern rooms that were super quiet and comfy. the breakfasts were absolutely amazing. the design of the rooms was really cool, and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. the location couldn't be better, right in the heart of a fantastic area. Had a great 4-night stay here – totally pleasant experience! 😊

bathroom wall that is made of glass to get panaromic view of the city while getting shower is a very nice detail.

The analytical insufficiencies displayed by the disorganized reception desk staff. My check in took about 40 minutes due to a very simple problem.

The room I booked was a good size and brand-new, equipped with a safe box and complimentary sleepers.
